CJCに入会する

By becoming a member of Canberra Japan Club Inc. (CJC), I agree to the following:

1. Community conduct. I will treat members, volunteers, staff and visitors with respect and contribute to a safe, inclusive and welcoming community.
2. Accurate information. I will provide accurate membership information and keep my contact details, household members and relevant preferences current.
3. Membership and fees. Membership is subject to CJC’s constitution, policies and eligibility requirements. Fees cover the stated membership period and are not ordinarily refundable once membership is activated, except where required by law or approved by CJC.
4. Activities and safety. I will follow reasonable instructions, safety requirements and codes of conduct when attending CJC activities. Participation may carry ordinary risks and I remain responsible for myself and any children in my care.
5. Privacy and communications. CJC may use my information to administer membership, payments, events and essential member communications. Directory publication and optional communications can be managed in My Membership.
6. Family and corporate memberships. If I add another person, I confirm that I am authorised to provide their information and manage their membership preferences, including for children in my care.
7. CJC governance. CJC may update its policies and take reasonable action where conduct is inconsistent with its constitution, policies or the wellbeing of the community.

キャンベラ・ジャパン・クラブ（CJC）の会員になるにあたり、以下に同意します。

1. コミュニティでの行動。 会員、ボランティア、スタッフ、来訪者を尊重し、安全で誰もが参加しやすい温かなコミュニティづくりに協力します。
2. 正確な情報。 正確な会員情報を提供し、連絡先、家族会員および各種設定を最新の状態に保ちます。
3. 会員資格と会費。 会員資格はCJCの定款、方針および資格要件に従います。会費は表示された会員期間に対するもので、法令上必要な場合またはCJCが承認した場合を除き、会員資格の有効化後は原則として返金されません。
4. 活動と安全。 CJCの活動に参加する際は、合理的な指示、安全上の要件および行動規範に従います。活動には通常のリスクが伴う場合があり、自身および同伴する子どもの安全に責任を持ちます。
5. プライバシーと連絡。 CJCは、会員管理、支払い、イベントおよび重要な会員連絡のために個人情報を使用することがあります。会員名簿への掲載や任意の配信設定は「会員情報」から変更できます。
6. 家族・法人会員。 他の方を追加する場合、その方の情報を提供し、会員設定を管理する権限があることを確認します。監護する子どもについても同様です。
7. CJCの運営。 CJCは方針を更新することがあり、定款、方針またはコミュニティの健全性に反する行為に対して合理的な対応を行うことがあります。
